Firestorm Sounds, is my story about the local 2019 2020 Black Summer fires and living with a chronic pain condition triggered by sounds. It is published in the B-Cubed Press anthology Oz is Burning. The backdrop shows one of the sea planes used to scoop water from the river nearby and fly over our house during the bushfires. |
